Easterseals Chicago is seeking a Quality, Safety, & Compliance Coordinator to support policy implementation and monitoring across Head Start/Early Head Start programs. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement within multiple sites.
You will coach staff, review licensing and documentation, and help lead corrective actions to align with HSPPS, DCFS, ISBE, and related standards. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Chicago locations.
