As part of Operations, you will lead initiatives within the Intertape Performance System (IPS) and collaborate with engineering and production to improve processes, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.
You will oversee inspections, root-cause analysis of nonconformances, and maintain QA documentation while mentoring cross-functional teams in continuous improvement
