Distinctive Living in Naples, FL seeks a full-time LPN/LVN for 2:00pm-10:00pm shift to assess resident health status and contribute to care plans at Community Fairways in Naples.
You will work under the Health and Wellness Director, ensure regulatory compliance, train staff, review MARs, and support quality care while maintaining certifications and collaborating with the team in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.
