Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and coordinate resident-focused plans
• Administer medications and perform prescribed treatments
• Continuously monitor health conditions and report changes promptly
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes
• Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Maintain regulatory compliance and follow infection control procedures

• Current RN licensure
• Strong clinical assessment, medication, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead within a care team
• Knowledge of infection prevention and regulatory requirements
