Job Scope
1.Conduct the expereiment validation and customer training for Vazyme automated liquid handling workstation.
2.Installation and maintenance of Liquid handling workstation, Extractor and qpcr.
3. Troubleshoot issues related to intruments and the experiment of automated liquid handling workstation. Perform preliminary on-site failure analysis to identify root cause and feedback to corresponding company department or personnel.
3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
4. Support sales efforts through technical presentations, customer management or organizing seminar.
5. Act as a key contributor of customer feedback to marketing and product development teams
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree(or above) in Genetics, Molecular Biology or related subject. Sequencing academic/ practical background or work experience, such as library preparation or sequencer operation is preferred. Undergraduate with outstanding knowledge and skills is welcomed as well.
2. Willingness to travel mainly within the appointed region. For training or occasional special calls, international traveling including China is required.
3. Prior field experience supporting customers in a highly technical field preferred.
4. Outstanding problem solving and interpersonal skills Demonstrated English written and verbal communication and training/presentation skills
5. Excellent learning ability, experience working in an international company and biomedical instrumentation or technology preferred.
