Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in Ingegneria e almeno 8 anni di esperienza nella manutenzione industriale, con competenze in TPM e lean tools. Le principali responsabilità includono la promozione della manutenzione autonoma, la strutturazione delle pratiche di manutenzione e la gestione del team, con sede nell'hinterland di Benevento.
