  • Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve construction-related issues.

  • Conduct subcontractor meetings, safety meetings, and project coordination meetings.

  • Coordinate municipal inspections, testing, permitting requirements, and building department approvals.

  • Manage site logistics, material deliveries, equipment coordination, and subcontractor access.

  • Maintain daily reports, project progress updates, and field documentation.

  • Assist with change order coordination, RFIs, and resolution of unforeseen field conditions.

  • Oversee punch lists, final inspections, commissioning coordination, and project turnover.

  • Maintain positive working relationships with owners, subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to independently manage field operations and make decisions to keep projects on schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multistory buildings, complex structural systems, and high-end interior finishes.

  • Background in hospitality construction, including hotels, resorts, or similar facilities.

  • Experience managing projects with challenging site logistics, tight schedules, or occupied environments.

  • Familiarity with concrete, structural steel, precast systems, and complex MEP coordination.
