Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating stunning and user-friendly digital interfaces, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of user-centred design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

User Interface Design:
Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with our brand and user requirements.
User Experience Design:
Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop wireframes and prototypes to optimize the user experience.
Front-End Development:
Transform design concepts into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX elements into the development process.
Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
Design System Maintenance:
Maintain and update design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency across products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Design, Computer Science, or similar).
1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and development.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with responsive web design and mobile app design.
Knowledge of usability principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design and development work.

Knowledge of user interface animation and interaction design.

Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) will be a plus.
Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
