Windows Failover cluster deployment, management and troubleshooting.
Good Oral and Written communication skills.
Providing Technical support to Remote users (Global)
Must have experience on Active directory and Group policy troubleshooting.
Design & Implementation of Windows server operating system, Roles and Features.
Security principals to Identify and incorporate deprecated / supported algorithms/protocols
Automate the routine tasks with proficiency on Power Shell Scripting
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and Infrastructure management operations
Design and plan migrations to Azure AD/onprem AD with HLD, LLD designs
Document existing and future state architecture with functional requirements and specifications
Deep level troubleshooting skills on Active Directory and core infrastructure services like DNS/DHCP
Develop test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines for various projects
Provide support and configure on PKI and Certificate Authority (CA)
Providing RCA on Severity incidents and critical issues.
Support Application / Infrastructure DR activities and support.

Provide support on Windows and VMware clusters issues.

Preferred Skills

Experience in install, configure and management of Windows Operation System, Windows performance, VMware/Hyper-V environment.
Required knowledge in Active Directory, ADFS
Required knowledge in Microsoft Azure
Experience in windows backup, failover clustering, DNS, DHCP and patching.
Required knowledge in basic networking
Providing L3 Support for VMware/Hyper-V/Software Define Storage/Software define Networking.
Required knowledge in Power Shell, batch/vbscript scripting.

Good Knowledge on GCVE, NSX-T

Desired Certifications :
Azure Certification / MCSE certified / VM Ware Certified
