SCM Functional Consultant - Business

Position: SCM Functional Consultant - Business Central
Workfall is a new-age premium talent tech platform, looking for skilled SCM Functional Consultant - Business Central with over 3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Business Central modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and conduct workshops with key stakeholders to understand business processes, identify gaps, and translate requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Configure, customize, and implement core D365 Business Central modules including: inventory management, warehouse management, production (MRP/MPS), sales & marketing, purchase management and basic finance management
Working knowledge of add-on modules such as Quality Control, EXIM, Plant & Maintenance, Returnable Gate-Pass, etc., will be considered a strong advantage.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Process Documents (BPDs), and User Stories.
Define and execute test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure solution accuracy and process alignment.
Deliver end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and provide post-go-live functional support to ensure smooth adoption.
Offer ongoing functional support and troubleshooting, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement post-implementation

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Acceptable qualifications include

B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Operations), or

B.Tech in Production / Industrial Engineering.
2+ Years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Experience
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on all SCM related Modules.
At least 1-2 end to end Finance Module Implementation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central /NAV.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint or equivalent).
Background working with a Microsoft Dynamics-focused IT services or consulting company is required.
