Main Duties:
- Prepare and clean surfaces before plastering to ensure proper adhesion.
- Mix and apply plaster, stucco, or cement to walls, ceilings, and partitions.
- Apply undercoats and finishing coats to achieve the required texture and appearance.
- Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections prior to plastering.
- Install and fix corner beads, wire mesh, or laths where required.
- Ensure proper drying, curing, and bonding between coats.
- Use trowels, floats, straightedges, and other tools with precision.
- Apply decorative finishes, moldings, or protective coatings as specified.
- Inspect completed work to ensure smoothness, uniformity, and alignment.
- Work at heights using scaffolding, ladders, or mobile platforms safely.
- Follow construction drawings and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Collaborate with painters, masons, and other trades to complete finishing works efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Keep records of material usage and report shortages to the site supervisor.
- Comply with all site safety, health, and environmental regulations.
