Make a difference every school day by supporting the health and well-being of K-12 students! Cross Country Education is seeking compassionate Per Diem Nurses (RN/LVN) in Haltom City, TX
, to respond to student health needs and help keep students safe, healthy, and ready to learn throughout the school year.

Position Overview

• Provide direct nursing care and first aid to students, assessing health concerns and responding to medical needs throughout the school day.
• Administer medications and support students with chronic health conditions, including diabetes, asthma, seizure disorders, tube feedings, and catheterizations.
• Respond to campus health emergencies and deliver appropriate care until EMS, a parent/guardian, or other designated support arrives.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation while following established medication administration and student health protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) License
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Valid Drive's License and ability to pass required background screening and complete agency onboarding requirements
• Experience with pediatric or school-age populations preferred, including medication administration, chronic condition management, and emergency response
