Job Title

Contract (8 Weeks) | Onsite | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents in accordance with facility policies and applicable regulations
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the care team as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote resident safety and quality outcomes

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Nebraska
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to fulfill an 8-week contract commitment

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in LTC/SNF environments
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a geriatric care setting
