IMKO is seeking a motivated shop/rail yard worker to support welders, fitters, and mechanics in railcar and fabrication shop tasks. The role involves ground work, coupling/uncoupling cars, and aligning switches, along with switching engine start/stop and basic maintenance.
The position requires basic mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in indoor/outdoor environments. Overtime may be required.
