OSMS is seeking a PREP Team Registered Nurse to support surgical patients undergoing procedures. You will collect medical and surgical history, review medications, and schedule needed preoperative appointments to ensure a smooth operation pathway.
The role is 0.8 FTE (64 hours per pay period) with potential travel to Green Bay; flexibility in orientation location and hours is required. Wisconsin RN license and BLS certification are mandatory.
