We're working with a well-established national house builder to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a long-term development based in the East Cambridgeshire area. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, long-standing site team with an excellent pipeline of upcoming work across the wider Cambridge region. You'll be supporting the delivery of a multi-unit residential scheme and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day site operations.

• Experience working with a volume house builder is essential
• Strong understanding of NHBC standards and quality control
• Ability to support programme management, subcontractor coordination and H&S compliance
• A proactive, hands-on approach with good communication skills
• Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card

• £45k-£50k salary + competitive package
