Quantity Surveyor

Overview

Our client a Large Local Authority require the services of a Quantity Surveyor.

Quantity Surveyor / Contract Procurement (Building Services and Maintenance)

Pay rate: £30 to £45 per hour (negotiable).

Location:

Cambridgeshire (Hybrid role).

We are looking for a Surveyor who has Local Authority Procurement experience and MTC contract skills and who can work at a senior level with stakeholders.

Requirements:
Local Authority experience, at least 5 years post-qualification experience in construction procurement, experience in working with framework providers, RICS or CIOB qualification, experience in specification writing and analysis of tenders and financial awareness.

4/5 months

Preferably Local Authority or Social Housing background.
