Contract: Full Time (Permanent)
Hours per week: 40
Salary: £12.69‑£13.31 per hour plus £30 per sleep in

We are a national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness and neurological conditions. We support people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and also in residential care.

Role and Responsibilities- Support young people with their daily routines: preparing for school, meal times and planning activities.
- Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
- Plan and join fun activities such as trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
- Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Our home is a solo home with one young person living there who has been there for just over 12 months. We have a committed staff team that works hard to improve the lives of the young people. The young person makes us all happy to see the progress they are making each day. Our team works together, allocates job roles and collectively solves problems to meet the young person's needs.
