The ideal candidate will have a technical foundation in Windows, Linux & MAC administration, as well as proven quality of service. You will have experience in network troubleshooting and be ITIL Foundation certified. Clear communication is essential, as well as fluency in English and conversational proficiency in Dutch.

• Implement scripting/tool-based automation for repetitive tasks (device provisioning, user lifecycle, and software deployment)
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents
• Develop knowledge articles and SOPs
• Ensure all endpoint assets are accurately recorded, managed, maintained, and compliant
• Perform network troubleshooting
• Collaborate with network teams to ensure secure and consistent endpoint connectivity

• Technical foundation in Windows, Linux & MAC administration
• Skilled with scripting, deployment tools and APIs
• Experience performing basic network troubleshooting
• ITIL Foundation certified
• B1 proficiency in Dutch
• Fluent proficiency in English
