The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation in Windows, Linux & MAC administration, proven quality of service, experience in network troubleshooting, and is ITIL Foundation certified. Clear communication is essential, as well as fluency in English and conversational proficiency in Dutch.

• Design and implement scripting/tool‑based automation for repetitive tasks (device provisioning, user lifecycle, software deployment)
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents
• Develop knowledge articles and SOPs
• Ensure all endpoint assets are accurately recorded, managed, maintained, and compliant
• Perform network troubleshooting
• Collaborate with network teams to ensure secure and consistent endpoint connectivity

• Strong technical foundation in Windows, Linux & MAC administration
• Skilled with scripting, deployment tools and APIs
• Experience performing basic network troubleshooting
• ITIL Foundation certified
• B1 proficiency in Dutch
• Fluent proficiency in English
