Overzicht
Als functioneel beheerder AFAS ben jij de schakel tussen gebruikers en systeem. Jij begrijpt de processen binnen de organisatie en vertaalt die naar praktische oplossingen in AFAS. Zo help je collega’s hun werk makkelijker en efficiënter te doen.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Je beheert AFAS Profit en InSite en houdt workflows, autorisaties en rapportages up-to-date;
- Je vertaalt wensen van HR, financiën, inkoop en andere afdelingen naar praktische oplossingen in AFAS;
- Je test updates en nieuwe releases en begeleidt de implementatie;
- Je analyseert storingen en problemen en lost deze samen met collega’s of leveranciers op;
- Je schrijft heldere werkinstructies en handleidingen en ondersteunt collega’s met trainingen;
- Je volgt nieuwe mogelijkheden binnen AFAS en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
Jij helpt collega’s met AFAS zodat ze hun werk sneller en efficiënter kunnen doen!
