Een organisatie in de zorg zoekt een Ambulant begeleider IAG in de regio Assen. In deze rol werk je samen met cliënten en gezinnen aan hun doelen, met de focus op ondersteuning in hun dagelijks leven. Je gaat op bezoek bij gezinnen, begeleidt hen bij uitdagingen en werkt samen met vaktherapeuten. Een afgeronde IAG-opleiding is verplicht. Dit biedt jou een contract met een salaris conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, variërend tussen de €3.107 en €4.436 bruto per maand, bij een fulltime dienstverband.
