Een zorgorganisatie in Vries zoekt een Woonbegeleider die verantwoordelijk is voor de begeleiding van slachtoffers van mensenhandel. Je werkt binnen een hecht team en creëert een veilige omgeving waarin bewoners zich kunnen herstellen. Je ondersteunt bij actie- en begeleidingsplannen, biedt motivatie en kijkt naar de voortgang. Voor deze rol is een mbo4-opleiding vereist, bij voorkeur in de sociaal-juridische dienstverlening en bereidheid om in wisselende diensten te werken.
De functie biedt een contract van 24 uur per week en uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden.
