To strengthen our ICT organization in our Swiss HQ in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a motivated IT Support & Infrastructure Specialist to ensure smooth operation of our IT systems and communication tools and support to all our Swiss community. This role focuses on maintaining IT infrastructure, managing telephony systems, and providing user support across the organization.
Your Responsibilities- Provide end to end IT support on-site and remotely.
- Support and maintain IT infrastructure
, including servers, networks, and cloud services. - Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage telephony systems (VoIP, PBX) and ensure reliable communication services.
- Administer user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, ENTRA, and related platforms.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist with system updates, backups, and security compliance
. - Maintain clear documentation for IT processes and user guides.
- Working in an international, multi-language environment is not a problem for you as you are fluent in at least 2 of these languages, English, French, German and Italian.
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management, including knowledge of Windows environments, networking basics (LAN/WAN, VPN), and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure).
- You are familiar with telephony systems (VoIP or Enterprise solutions)
- You possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- You are well organized, take initiatives and like being part of team success
- You can work in a team and/or independently, you have strong communication skills and are customer oriented
- You already possess a valid driver’s license and are open to travel for business purposes.
