Serve as a valued business partner by developing proficiency in operations excellence, team effectiveness, change management, and organizational development. Oversee the strategic implementation of consistent Human Resources practices and policies.

Responsible for researching, establishing, recommending changes and administering Human Resources policies relating to recruitment of competent personnel, affirmative action/EEO compliance, training and development of staff, Employee Relations, Team Member Engagement, compensation and benefits, Regulatory Compliance, Risk, Safety and other Team Member services.

Provides direction and support for all staff to achieve property goals and objectives through the fair application of all policies and procedures.

Monitors Human Resource measurements, such as turnover, retention and engagement scores, for strategic planning.

Acts as a role model and coaches while developing Team Members using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.

Coaches and develop supervisor/manager skills in performance management, fair treatment, customer service management and assists in diagnosing and designing solutions to improve service quality.

Ensure compliance with all laws and record keeping rules.

Ensure the property is regularly conducting regulatory compliance training and ensure departmental training compliance in accordance with Agency and Company guidelines.

Property liaison for litigation and other legal matters in the direction of Caesars Corporate Legal Department.

Oversee property compensation and leveling of positions within the organization.

Endorses business objectives, ethics and values, Code of Commitment and the overall mission, vision and values of Caesars Entertainment, Inc.

Strives to improve and streamline departmental operations, through the continuous assessment of policies and procedures, work processes, and program effectiveness/value.

Responsible for the budgetary control of all departments within the Human Resources/Risk Management, Compliance and Service functions.

Understanding of and implementation of strategy with regulatory rules including, but not limited to, OSHA, DOT and EPA/NDEP

Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.

Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.

Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.

Minimum of six – eight years in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum of 3 years in progressively responsible positions in Human Resources or related field and 5 years of supervisory/management experience

Literate and fluent in English

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
