UPS is seeking a results-driven supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in our warehouse operations. You will supervise, train, develop, and hold work groups to high standards, fostering teamwork and proactive communication across departments.
You will manage resources for maximum output, ensure compliance with policies, and guide employees through orientation and ongoing skills training. A Bachelors degree and ability to lift 70 lbs are preferred; flexible shifts may be required.
