We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Personal Training Sales Manager to oversee and grow our Personal Training Department. This individual will be responsible for driving personal training sales, increasing department revenue, and leading a team of approximately eight part-time and full-time Personal Trainers.

• Drive personal training sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.
• Generate new business through member outreach, fitness consultations, prospecting, and follow-up.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of approximately eight Personal Trainers.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Personal Training staff.
• Monitor trainer productivity, sales performance, client retention, and overall department goals.
• Hold regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and accountability.
• Maintain strong member relationships and ensure an exceptional personal training experience.
• Oversee daily operations and collaborate with club management to support business growth.

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification required.
• Previous experience in personal training, fitness sales, or fitness management preferred.
• Strong sales, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and motivate a team.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
