Were looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous specialist orthodontic team at Homemill Dental Care in New Milton.

• Full-time hours available 40 hours per week over 5 days with typical shifts of 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
• Part-time hours of 34 hours per week over 4 days would also be considered
• Competitive hourly rate from 16p/h
• Well-established practice caring for patients in New Milton for the past 35 years
• Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners assisting with overall practice growth and management

• A healthcare retail hospitality or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus but not essential
• Passionate about delivering great service
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
• Confident working with financials (P&L KPIs budgets)
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities to a compliant process-driven practice team
