This leadership role requires in-depth field experience and strong budget management skills. - Enforce Luxury Quality Standards: Conduct regular site visits to protect design intent. You will closely inspect high-end finishes, including custom millwork, complex lighting, specialty tile, athletic flooring, and acoustic detailing.
- Manage Handoffs & Closeouts: Lead substantial-completion walks, punch-list resolution, equipment commissioning, and smooth handoffs to our Club Operations and Facilities teams.
