Job Description & How to Apply Below
Join a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B fintech startup as a Client Success Manager and play a key role in helping founders navigate company wind-downs with clarity and confidence. This is a hands‑on, high-impact role where success is measured by speed, accuracy, and client trust
—not sales quotas.
- Manage a portfolio of clients through the full wind-down lifecycle
- Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Execute operational tasks like regulatory filings, asset transfers, and capital distributions
- Guide clients step‑by‑step through complex processes with empathy and precision
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve workflows and client experience
- 2–6 years in client success, operations, project management, or support
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and complex projects
- Startup experience preferred
- Be an early team member in a scaling company
- Real ownership and impact from day one
- Clear path to senior and leadership roles
If you're driven, detail‑oriented, and motivated to help founders through critical transitions, we want to hear from you.
