BETA Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Build Engineer to develop manufacturing processes for early structural iterations and to design tooling that controls component placement and temperature. You will help review designs, manage BOMs, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure on-time builds.
You will lead shop-floor build efforts, communicate across teams, and implement improvements using FMEA/DOE to prevent defects and reduce cycle times.
