Madame Tussauds in New York is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to oversee experiences such as Behind-the-Scenes tours, a Guest Experience Roamer, and Street Team activities. You will act as Manager on Duty when scheduled and coach frontline hosts.
The role requires theatre background and strong guest service, with opportunities to participate in events, media appearances, and content creation. This position is onsite in New York with various events and activations.
