What

You’ll Do

• Partner with clients and project teams to solve complex business challenges across customer insights, commercial analytics and commercial strategy.
• Apply analytical frameworks and data-driven approaches to identify opportunities, answer business questions and support decision‑making.
• Translate data and research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to structure ambiguous business problems and develop practical solutions.
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through presentations, workshops, and executive ready deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted contributor on project teams.
• Create project deliverables, manage work streams and provide project status updates.
• Guide and mentor Associates while contributing to the development of team capabilities and best practices.
• Partner with global colleagues across the U.S. and India to deliver high‑quality solutions in a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics or engineering.
• 2-4 years of relevant post‑collegiate job experience. A PhD may substitute in lieu of work experience.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical or life sciences experience is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in management consulting, healthcare consulting, life sciences consulting, or other client‑facing advisory roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to combine analytical thinking with business judgment and strategic problem‑solving.
