System Analyst - Jr. Audio Visual; A​/V) Engineer

We are seeking a Jr. Audio Visual (A/V) Engineer to support the day-to-day management, coordination, and operation of the Presentation Technology (Pres Tech) team. Reporting to the Systems Specialist, responsible for Audio-Visual and Video Conferencing Services, this role will act as the operational lead for presentation technologies, executive event support, conference room technology, and audiovisual service delivery throughout the organization.

The successful candidate will assist with planning, scheduling, resource management, project coordination, vendor engagement, technology lifecycle management, and operational oversight of presentation technology services. This position serves as a key liaison between business clients, executive stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and field technicians to ensure reliable and professional delivery of audio-visual and collaboration services. The role bridges traditional AV operations with modern reliability practices, collaborating closely with core infrastructure and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to transition our collaboration environment from reactive troubleshooting to proactive observability, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
