Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 position as part of the Clinical Advancement Program. The role involves coordinating care, assessing patients, planning interventions, and evaluating outcomes within the End Stage Kidney Disease team.
The RN will document care, educate patients and families, administer medications as prescribed, and participate in staff training.
