$1,500 sign-on bonus
, paid in four installments every three months over the first year

In this role, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and as much independence as possible.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions or behavior to the appropriate nursing staff.
• Support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Follow care plans, facility procedures, and applicable health and safety practices.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• A caring, patient, and professional approach to resident care.
• Dependability and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a care team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
