This 160-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility provides long‑term care and subacute rehabilitation, with a focus on individualized care and resident well‑being.

Pay: $18–$20/hour

Location:

Amsterdam, NY

Contract Position Available

Shifts:

6: 00 AM –2: 30 PM 2: 00 PM –10: 30 PM 10: 00 PM –6: 30 AM

Schedule:

Minimum 4 eight‑hour shifts per week, including every other weekend.

Ready for your next assignment?

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily care needs.
• Help residents with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Obtain and record vital signs as directed.
• Document resident care accurately in Matrix Care.
• Report changes in residents’conditions to the nursing team.
• Follow individualized care plans while promoting resident safety, dignity, comfort, and independence.

• Current New York State CNA certification
• At least 2 years of skilled nursing or long‑term care experience
• Current BLS certification
• Previous travel or contract CNA experience
• Matrix Care experience preferred
