Description APPLE INC has the following available in New York, New York. Driving client growth and delivering best-in-class customer service, having a hands-on, client-facing account management role with direct and agency customers;
Being responsible and accountable for owning, growing and developing key, strategic accounts across the AMR market;
Owning and growing a book of business through making recommendations to clients on how to best optimize their campaigns to hit their business goals, while also forging long-term partnerships both in person and virtually;
Working closely with Client Partners who act as frontline business development team;
Partnering closely with cross functional teams such as marketing and product, delivering back market sentiment on products;
Being part of an inclusive and open team culture, with results focused behaviors that ensure the business hits its revenue and customer satisfaction targets; and maintaining high level of outreach via email, phone and in-person meetings to ensure revenue growth, account activation, and strong business pipeline across existing and new business. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $123,200 - $185,500/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Management, Business, Advertising, or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Experience and/or education must include:

Advising clients on how to optimize campaigns on mobile search and app advertising platforms.

Managing client relationships and a sales pipeline using CRM software.

Analyzing campaign data using spreadsheet software to build reports and provide strategic recommendations.

Building and delivering client presentations, such as strategic plans and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), with presentation software.

Using SQL to query data and identify performance trends for advertising campaigns.

Working with internal product and support teams to address client needs and technical issues.
