Job Duties:

• Maintain a caseload of children from 1st - 6th grade in a special education Day Treatment program where students receive their clinical and educational services in a community school setting
• Provide Individual, Group and Family therapy, Provide Crisis Intervention services
• Function as part of an interdisciplinary team, participate in weekly treatment team meetings, Link youth up to community-based resources
• Maintain timely medical record documentation, facilitate thorough discharge planning and follow up
• Saugerties Elementary Day Treatment

• Minimum requirements, including licenses and certifications: LCSW
