This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s top 10 architectural practice who offer expert design services to the industrial sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Newark.

- Lead and deliver on a range of Industrial projects
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
- Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience with Revit is advantageous
- Experience working on projects within the industrial sector would be desirable
- Experience working across all RIBA work stages
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Newark area
- Full UK Driver’s Licence
