What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Proven experience in finance operations or a similar role
Strong knowledge of purchase ledger and credit control processes
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Sharp numerical and analytical abilities
High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
Competency in IT tools, especially accounting software and Excel Extras That Make a Difference:

Experience in managing and developing finance teams
Familiarity with financial systems and process improvements
A professional qualification such as AAT (desirable)
Ability to support ongoing post-acquisition integration and change initiatives
Commitment to maintaining and enhancing internal controls
Willingness to build strong cross-team relationships
