* Job Summary:

** Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental management systems, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international standards and legislation, and in line with Teledyne Company and Customer requirements.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Develop and maintain a Quality Management system to comply with ISO
9001 & AS9100 standards.
* Develop and maintain an E,H&S Management system to comply with ISO
14001 and ISO
45001 standards.
* Lead the company’s perspective on product quality and promote a best in class mindset across all departments within the business.
* Manage and coach the other members of the Quality department to ensure key business requirements are prioritised and achieved on time.
* Provide training and support to employees on QEHS topics, ensuring a high level of awareness and engagement.
* Be the first point of contact for our customers regarding any quality related matters and use structured techniques and processes for addressing these matters in a timely and effective manner.
* Develop, implement, and maintain QEHS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with laws and regulations. Manage the QEHS manuals, work instructions, master documents, forms and other technical documentation.
* Lead and manage QEHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure findings arising from these audits are closed out in a timely manner.
* Monitor and report on QEHS performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions, as necessary.
* Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and ensure the company's QEHS policies remain up to date.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management within the organization.
* Lead the company’s product certification lifecycle for all environmental requirements needed, such as REACH & RoHS.
* Assist the Purchasing department with supplier management, including auditing, performance monitoring, re-evaluation and continuous improvements.
* Manage the equipment / tool calibration requirements of the facility.
* Conduct FAT or other customer source inspection related tasks to ensure conformance to build standards and specification, including validation of product records and customer requirements, as required. This may include travel to customer or supplier sites.
* Manage the NCR and MRB systems.

** Qualifications &

Experience:

*** Audit trained in latest ISO standards is desirable.
* Experienced in the implementation, development and maintenance of ISO
9001/AS9100/ISO
14001/ISO
45001 management systems.
* Significant experience working in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
* Experience of success using quality tools to perform problem solving and root cause analysis.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in Lean/Six Sigma principles.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental practices.
* Knowledge of international product compliance standards such as REACH, RoHS, PFAS.
