Role Overview

We're the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients. And we've stuck to the same 'perfect and serve' philosophy since our family business began in 1986.

• Support the General Manager and Assistant Managers to ensure that every shift is run to Five Guys standards and that every customer leaves the restaurant feeling better than when they arrived.
• Demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction to the team and bring our values to life for their team and our customers.
• Responsible for Crew & Quality Control, supporting the General Manager in the delivery of perfect burgers and fries while providing an above & beyond experience for your team and customers.
• Create an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun.
• Ensure every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience – deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way.
• Ensure that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management.
• Lead from the front, hands‑on most of the time, working on the line and dining area.
