AV Support Coordinator
We are recruiting for an AV Support Coordinator to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's office in Newcastle.
Contract & Hours- Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota between 7 AM–8 PM; flexible as per business needs)

- Provide the highest levels of client care and service in line with policies and procedures.
- The Customer Enablement team operates as part of the UK and Ireland-based Technology Services department providing AV services to the client’s personnel.
- The AV team manages day-to-day operations of over 200 meeting rooms and 7 event spaces for up to 100 people per space.
- Provide white‑glove meeting support to senior executives and play a key role in onboarding new equipment into the local environment.

- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
