Regional Sales Manager – CPM UK

£37,500 per annum + up to £3,000 bonus, company car, laptop, phone.

Experienced field team manager with strong knowledge of selling convenience, capable of motivating a fast‑paced, ambitious team of sales executives. Inspirational Regional Sales Manager required to work for CPM and represent the global drinks brand Diageo.

A day in the life of a regional sales team manager:
  • Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, build and nurture a strong bond across your team, sharing best practice to deliver against all sales and activation targets.
  • Train and coach your team to deliver the right tailored solution for every outlet that delivers the best possible return for both the outlet and Diageo.
  • Encourage your team to consistently find new opportunities to increase visibility and rate of sale.
  • Partner with the wider CPM team to deliver the brand and regional growth strategy, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the CPM and Diageo businesses.
This would be a great regional sales team manager role for you if:
  • Experienced and knowledgeable about the convenience sector, able to guide the team and create well‑judged plans to grow the Diageo business.
  • Have prior experience managing a sales team to deliver targets across a broad range of measures.
  • Problem‑solving ability, proactively seeking ways to improve processes and perceptions for the benefit of CPM and Diageo.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills, experience in evaluation, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Happy to stay overnight from time to time, travel across the territory, and attend regional and national meetings.
