Operations Associate – Embedded Services

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support operational execution and client onboarding within our Embedded Services team. You will help streamline processes, improve documentation, and ensure smooth cross‑functional coordination. To succeed in this role, you must bring strong organisational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
Hybrid role: 3 days per week in our Newcastle office.
First 90 Days- 30 days:
Learn our onboarding workflows, operational tools, KPIs, and cross‑functional processes. Become familiar with current documentation, SOPs, and programme structures. - 60 days:
Begin owning daily operational coordination activities, updating process documentation, supporting reporting needs, and managing active work streams. - 90 days:
Independently manage operational activities and processes, contribute insights to improve workflows, and support the Senior Strategic Operations Partner in identifying process gaps and driving improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with the Senior Strategic Operations Partner and programme management team. The leadership style is collaborative, supportive, and focused on growth. You’ll interact daily with cross‑functional partners across Product, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Support, and IT, gaining visibility into how multiple teams operate together.
Success MeasurementSuccess will be evaluated through accuracy and timeliness of operational deliverables, attention to detail, quality of documentation, cross‑functional collaboration effectiveness, and contribution to improved onboarding efficiency and KPI tracking. Your ability to proactively identify and flag risks, streamline processes, and support scalable operations will be key performance indicators.
Skills & Experience GainedYou’ll develop skills in operational strategy, process optimisation, cross‑functional coordination, reporting and KPI tracking, programme support, and documentation design. You’ll also gain insight into enterprise onboarding, internal stakeholder management, and operational scalability.
Day‑to‑Day SnapshotYour days will include coordinating workflows across teams, maintaining SOPs and onboarding materials, updating dashboards or reports, tracking operational risks, supporting project work streams, and helping facilitate smooth onboarding for enterprise clients.
