• Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a relevant Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree for the role you are applying for.
• Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
• Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027.

• Online Assessment: Complete our global online strength-based assessment.
• Phone Screen: You may be invited to a phone screen with our Early Careers Recruitment team.
• Interview: Attend a face to face interview at your local office.
