Chartered Building Surveyor

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a team of building surveyors
• Managing and delivering a diverse range of building surveying services across commercial, rural, and residential sectors
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth
• Overseeing project management from inception to completion
• Providing strategic input into the future direction of the team and wider business

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• MRICS qualification with a degree in Building Surveying
• Proven leadership experience within a building surveying team
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial and residential sectors
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• A strategic mindset with the ability to drive business development
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
