We are seeking Site Engineers to support the successful delivery of projects across Newcastle and the Hunter New England region
, working closely with Project Engineers and site teams from early works through to completion.

• Project & Site Support: Assist with project coordination and subcontractor management to ensure quality outcomes and on‑time delivery.
• Design Coordination: Support the resolution of design issues and provide technical input during design and construction phases.
• Program Support: Assist with preparation, monitoring and administration of project programs.
• Site Execution: Support quality assurance, environmental controls and reporting on site progress.
• Health & Safety: Actively support RCC's strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS standards and site requirements.

• Relevant building and tertiary qualifications
• Experience on mid to large‑scale building projects (structures through to fit‑out)
• Strong technical capability with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively within site teams
• A genuine commitment to health, safety and quality outcomes
