We're seeking a Senior Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across public and private sectors, including government, education, infrastructure, energy, and more.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and contribute to strategic growth and development in the region.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality surveying services.
  • Mentor junior surveyors and support APC candidates.
  • Deliver a full suite of building surveying duties across multiple sectors.
  • Provide project management and technical guidance.
  • Support business development and bid preparation.
What We're Looking For
  • BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from a RICS-accredited program.
  • MRICS qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering building surveying services.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to win work.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel;
    AutoCAD and H&S knowledge preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
